At the heart of our story is our dawg Sarpunch.

We’re a mother-son duo brought together by one mission: finding a safer, longer-lasting chew that could keep up with our powerful and energetic German Shepherd. Like many fellow hoomans, we struggled to find bully sticks that lasted more than a few minutes. Sarpunch loved them — but he would go through them so quickly that it became frustrating, expensive, and hard to trust the quality of what we were buying.

After countless purchases and plenty of trial and error, we decided to create something better. Bully Wood Chews which brings the taste of bully sticks our furry friends love with the durability of coffee wood. 

What started as a simple search for a more durable bully stick chew turned into a passion for helping other dawg owners find chews they can feel good about giving their pets. We believe dogs deserve natural, high-quality chews that are both satisfying and long-lasting — especially strong chewers like German Shepherds.

Our journey has always been inspired by Sarpunch. At 5 years old, he’s still full of energy, loyalty, and personality, and every product we offer is tested with dogs like him in mind. We know firsthand how important it is to keep dogs happy, engaged, and safe while giving owners peace of mind.
